Guidelines for end-of-year giving are as follows:
Offerings in a 2010 envelope received in the offering plate through Monday, January 3rd, 2011 or received in the mail by Tuesday, January 4th, 2011, will be recorded on your 2010 Contribution Statement. (Note that offerings may also be dropped in the mail drop-box outside the west office door --- Door B -- through Tuesday night, January 4th).
Offerings recevied after the above cut-off date will be recorded as a 2011 offering, regardless of which year's envelope is used.
2010 year-end contribution statements will be mailed prior to January 31, 2011.
