Like Mother, Like Daughter
The Soul Sisterhood Mother/Daughter Retreat Weekend is ministry of St. Philip the Deacon Lutheran Church designed for mothers and daughters to spend time together in a cozy, Christ-centered atmosphere.
We believe that the relationship between mothers and daughters is a special one. This relationship should be celebrated and nurtured in a way that encourages open communitcation, enjoyment of one another, and understanding of who each individual--mother and daughter--is created to be. Designed for mothers and their daughters (ages 6th grade and older please!) our weekend will include devotions, good food, creative experiences, and support for both mothers and daughters.

What, When, Where?
November 30-December 2, 2012
South Fork Farm, Lester Prairie, Minnesota
South Fork Farm is a beautifully renovated 1920's farmhouse, designed to inspire creativity. All attendees lodge in rooms featuring twin beds, shared baths and "the charm of the farm." The weekend will feature delicious, homemade meals and desserts. Best of all there is a dedicated studio for all our creative needs.

Participants are responsible for providing their own transportation to and from South Fork Farm, which is located 50 minutes west of the Twin Cities.
